The New Leader e-Learning course was designed to simplify the learning process for new managers. The student can easily access the course through an internal network and education is assessed by way of online quizzes and exams. This easy-to-use, intuitive online course goes through several updates a month. The Spin Group, Inc. worked closely with GE Healthcare’ staff to develop a highly sophisticated architecture allowing easy updates by non-technical GEHC individuals.
