Spin Group helped GemEx Systems expand the GemEx Live Report platform with a new web portal and other services. The portal services users and retailers who have diamonds with GemEx Reports, offering them a Live Report view of their diamond.
The Live Report portal offers search and view features, as well as a mobile responsive version of Live Reports. For retailers who has an online inventory of GemEx-certified diamonds, embeddable versions of the Live Reports were also programmed for direct integration with their sites.
For retailers with active Facebook pages, Spin Group also created a Facebook application made to be embedded into the retailers' Facebook pages. The application allows Live Report searches and results to be conducted right inside the Facebook page.
In addition to the Live Report tools, a training tool for Live Report was also created to help retailers learn and promote the Live Report toolset.
